Buy Order Rules

Please read all rules carefully before placing a buy order. Violations may result in account restrictions.

Complete Payment On Time

You must complete the payment within the countdown timer (20 minutes). Expired orders are automatically cancelled.

Use Only Your Own UPI / Account

Payments must be made from your own registered UPI ID or bank account. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be rejected.

Submit Correct UTR Number

After payment, enter the correct UTR or reference number. Fake or incorrect UTRs will be flagged and your account may be suspended.

Do Not Cancel or Dispute Payment

Once you pay, do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account ban.

OTP-UPI Orders (Manual Approval)

OTP-UPI orders are manually verified by our admin team. Wallet credits may take up to 30 minutes after payment confirmation.

OTP-BIG Orders (Auto Gateway)

OTP-BIG orders use TrexoPay gateway. Payments are verified automatically. Credits are processed within minutes of successful verification.

Reward Credited After Approval

Your reward bonus is credited to your wallet only after the payment is verified and approved by admin or gateway.

One Order at a Time

Please complete your existing pending order before placing a new one. Multiple pending orders may cause delays in credit.

Cr wallet is not responsible for payments made to incorrect UPI IDs entered manually. Always verify the UPI ID shown on the payment page before transferring.
