1. No one buy my ARB
Please verify that your bound receiving UPI ID is active and valid in the Tools section.
Matching takes place automatically through high-speed liquidity pools. Orders typically
match within 1 to 5 minutes during trading hours.
2. Why does the matching process take so long?
Matching speed depends on current active buyers and counterparty queue volume. Ensure your
internet connection is stable, your KYC status is verified, and avoid closing the app while
order allocation is underway.
3. I want to cancel the order.
Unmatched orders can be cancelled directly from the order details window. Once a
counterparty initiates payment or escrow is locked, orders cannot be cancelled unilaterally
to ensure security for both parties.
4. Buyer keep send fake receipts
Never confirm receipt without first verifying funds directly in your authentic banking or
UPI application. If you receive a falsified screenshot, click Appeal immediately and submit
your official bank statement.
5. Why my account disabled?
Accounts are restricted if repeated non-payments occur, bot or auto-clicker scripts are
detected, or unverified KYC documents are supplied. Please reach out to Customer Support
with your registered phone number for review.
6. I have paid the funds but have not received the ARB
Confirm that you submitted the genuine 12-digit UTR transaction number on the payment page.
Most orders auto-release within 3 to 10 minutes. If delayed, click Appeal to initiate
dispute arbitration.
7. I accidentally clicked Confirm Receipt but didn't receive
funds
Contact Live Chat immediately with your Order ID and recent account statement. Our security
team will temporarily freeze the buyer's balance while investigating the transaction.
8. Are you a scam company?
